Personalized Skill Training
Our skill training consists of 45 minute sessions that include opening in prayer and concluding with prayer requests and a devotion given by the instructor. Skill training sessions are done by appointment and require a monthly fee.

Crossover 5k Races
Crossover 5k races are sponsored by CROSSOVER Athletic's Boy's Running Club.
The races are open to all ages and are free! We will run the cross
country course at Lexington High School. The course is flat and spectator friendly!
EVERYONE must PRE-REGISTER at leat two days prior to events. Race shirts are available for $10 and can be purchased during
registration.
Thank you for supporting CROSSOVER Athletics. All proceeds go to sponsor youth running events in the Lexington area.
